Open reports
On the terminal
- Tap Reports in the menu.
- Pick the period: Today, Yesterday, Week, Month or Dates.
- Choose a tab: Summary, Item Sales, Employee Sales, Taxes, Tips, Discounts, Refunds, Voids or Batches.
- Tap Print to print it on the receipt printer.
Without the reports permission
Someone whose till role doesn't include reports sees only Receipts, to reprint, email or text a customer's receipt, and their own Tips. Managers and Owners have the reports permission.
On Surge Free the terminal offers Today and Yesterday. Other dates, Item Sales and Employee Sales are part of Surge Plus and Surge Premium.
