  2. Turn on Unlock with Face ID. On other phones it says Touch ID or fingerprint.
  3. Confirm with your face or finger.

Switch business or sign out

On the Surge app
  1. Tap the round button at the top right to open Account.
  2. To switch, tap another business under BUSINESS.
  3. To sign out, tap Sign out, then Sign out again to confirm.
With unlock on, the app locks after 5 minutes in the background and shows Surge is locked. Tap Unlock with Face ID to get back in.
The app has no password reset. If you see This account is locked after too many attempts, wait, or reset your password from the back office sign-in page.
Can't reach Surge means your phone is offline. You're still signed in. Tap Try again once you have a connection.
