Share one menu across locations

Publish the menu

The location you keep the menu at is the home. Its Items tab shows a Linked shops card. Nothing reaches the other locations until you publish.

1. Make your menu changes at the home as usual.
2. Go to Store setup > Items. In Linked shops, click Preview publish.
3. Read what will change at each location.
4. Click Publish to and the number of shops.

What a publish sends

• Sent to each location: categories, items, sizes and prices; options, modifier sets and modifiers; bundles and item pictures.
• Kept by each location: its own taxes and which items they cover; its stock counts; its discounts, service charges, jobs and vendors.
• An item removed at the home is archived at each location, never deleted.

Change the menu at one location only

A linked location can still edit its own items, and its change is kept at the next publish. Its Linked shops card lists what was changed there.

• Click Use the home version to hand an item back to the home's menu.
• Click Use the home price to drop that location's own price.
