Who is this guide for?Owners, in the back office.
Before you begin
- The person has back-office access. The Surge app signs in with it.
Mark them as an owner
On the back office
- Click Team in the menu, then click the person's name.
- Under Owner, tick Owns this business.
Good to know
- Owners can sign in to the Surge app on their phone.
- Owners always have full Admin access in the back office, whatever back-office role is chosen.
- Only an owner can change this.
- Someone whose till role is Owner is an owner through that role. Change it under their till access.
