- Tap Dashboard.
- Pick Today, 7 days or 30 days.
- Pull down to refresh.
- Net sales and Sales, each compared with the period before.
- Average sale, before tax and tips, and Refunded.
- Top items: up to 8 best sellers.
- The money: gross, discounts, refunds and net sales, then card, cash, tax and tips.
- By team member: up to 5 people, with their sales.
Find a sale
On the Surge app
- Tap Sales. The newest sale is at the top.
- Pick Today, 7 days or 30 days.
- Search by order number or item.
- Tap a sale to see its items, total, tip, tender, refunds, location and who rang it up.
Sales are view only in the app. Refunds are made on the terminal.
A business day runs from 4:00 AM to 4:00 AM, the same as the back office.
